About Dan
Dan Harrison runs WP Doctors (a.k.a WordPress Doctors), a web agency specialising in WordPress development, consulting and training. Having been playing around with WordPress V1.5 was released (in 2005), he's got a fair bit of experience. Dan has written all kinds of WordPress plugins for clients, including processing with affiliate product feeds, AJAX product filtering, booking systems, price comparison engines, performance tweaking, and whatever else he gets asked to do. For clients with a phobia of anything technical, Dan has written easy-to-use interfaces to allow these clients to do more complex things with WordPress that they would otherwise run and hide from. A firm fan of blowing things up (legally!!!), Dan is a trained pyrotechnician, doing several firework shows a year at various places around the country. If you want to be bored to sleep, ask him something about fireworks… I dare you...
